Who is Mr or Mrs ‘X’?
My name is Lacey Jay Safonovs, I was raised on a farm in Woodmore, Manitoba, we moved to Winnipeg when I was 10. I have an older brother Lee who is a firefighter & a nephew Walker who is turning 2 in November. My husband’s name is Frank & we have been married for over 8 years & together for 18 years. We have a 6 years old chocolate lab named George. I love 50’s & 60’s music and era & cruising in our vintage 1968 Ford Fairlane car.
What is one word to describe you?
Friendly, I always have a smile on my face, which is hard to see right now with the mask.
What is your position title and main duties at Ben-Mor?
Printing out the daily order reports for the warehouse, I’m responsible for posting Fen’s, then completing the orders & calling customers and arranging the shipments to be picked up by couriers & trucks. I help edit inventory of items & post VRT’s return authorizations. I’ve been employed since February 2020.
What do you like most about working at Ben-Mor?
I like the small company atmosphere and how friendly and helpful everyone is.
Can you share a fun fact about yourself? Or, what is your hobby when you have free time?
I love bird watching & walking. I passed my motorcycle license this year & ride a vintage 1971 Honda CB350. I’ve been drag racing for 12 years, I have a 70 ½ Ford Falcon with 632 ci BBF which has approximately 1100 hp, my quickest E.T is 5.50 @ 128 mph in the 1/8th mile.
