LEAN IMPROVEMENT OF THE MONTH AT SAINT-HYACINTHE
This month, an improvement in the extrusion department. Following the idea of one of the operators, Jonathan Chainé, we replaced the extrusion head on our old line. Some modifications to the old head end of the 52 lines have reduced the start-up time, the cleaning time as well as the loss of material.
