Ben-Mor supports the next generation of engineers
Last week, Ben-Mor donated $ 3,000 to the Hyperion team. The team will have the challenge of designing a solar boat to win the Solar Splash Competition in the summer of 2018. The Hyperion team is composed of 8 students in mechanical and computer engineering at the University of Sherbrooke in Quebec. They will represent Canada in this competition to promote the practical applications of solar energy.
Solar Splash is an international student competition of solar electric boats since 1994 in the United States. The competition consists of a manoeuvrability test, a sprint test and an endurance test.
Ben-Mor is proud to be a platinum partner in this project and to support the next generation of engineers.
