CONTINENTAL CABLE ON THE WAY TO OBTAIN CMMC ACCREDITATION
Ben-Mor's US subsidiary, Continental Cable, is in the process of obtaining the necessary accreditation to meet US defense standards. The IT team of Ben-Mor and Continental Cable have been working together for the past few weeks to ensure that they obtain the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) accreditation, which is a prerequisite for the US defense chain supplies.
This IT project will have a duration of twelve months. Accreditation is targeted for 2021 and involves the implementation of a new IT architecture as well as the implementation of numerous security controls, procedures and policies.
