Who is Normand Laliberté?
I am a native of the east end of Montreal and the youngest of a family of 3 boys. I am a nature lover and I love to move. Whether it's jogging, hiking, biking, tennis, canoeing, cross-country skiing or anything that makes me push myself. I would love to trek to Mont Blanc in Europe in the not too distant future, if COVID can waltz into other galaxies...
One word to describe you.
Persevering. When I have an idea in my head, I follow it through. I ran 4 marathons between the ages of 45 and 50. There is no age to take on projects that seem unachievable.
What are your main duties at Ben-Mor?
I am a long-time employee (27 years). I have seen the company grow from a few employees to a few hundred today. Today, I am the director of the technical department. I make sure our products meet industry standards.
What do you like most about working at Ben-Mor?
I love working with all the people in our great family. I am proud to work at Ben-Mor. We are a company that empowers its employees and gives them a lot of autonomy. Also, with the advent of telecommuting, I share a lot more knowledge with our colleagues in Ontario and the West, which I really appreciate.
